Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this California Privacy Notice have the same meaning as set forth in the Verve Telehealth Terms and Conditions.

Right to Request Correction or Deletion
You also have rights to request that we correct inaccurate personal information and that we delete personal information under certain circumstances, subject to a number of exceptions.
